Our emergency telephone option will be answered at the surgery Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 6.30pm.
Outside of these times it will give you contact numbers to be used if emergency treatment, health information or advice is required before the surgery is open again.
You will be directed to a dedicated telephone service where NHS staff will ask you questions to find out what help you need. You may be asked to go to the Primary Care Centre at the Lister Hospital where a doctor or nurse will treat you or, if it is necessary, a doctor may visit you.

Walk-In Centre
A team of nurses provide health information and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries 365 days a year at 4/16 Chapel Street, Luton LU1 2SE. This service is available to all patients should it be more convenient.
