Might you be a carer?
We would like to be able to identify patients who care for someone, or are cared for by a friend or relative. A carer is a person who spends some time caring for someone else, might even mean they are unable to have a full-time employment as a result.
Identifying carers allows the surgery to provide appropriate information and support.
