Covid-19 Status Service

You can now get proof of your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination details and test results using the NHS COVID Pass service.

If you have full access to the NHS App, and are registered at a GP surgery in England, you can view and download your COVID Pass for places in England and Wales using this service, or for travel abroad.
