Please could home visits for housebound patients be requested to the surgery before 10:30am on the day, this is to ensure a patient can be triaged and then assigned appropriately.
To request a visit, call the surgery on 01462 705040 and choose option 2, you will be asked for some brief details.
The emergency On-Call Dr will then do an initial telephone triage before deciding if a home visit is necessary or another type of appointment is more appropriate.
Any home visit requests after 10:30am will still be triaged but may not be able to be accommodated for a same day visit.
