Due to the merger, Birchwood Surgery will have no access to the clinical system from 3pm on 9th April 2024. During this time our staff will have to signpost you to the most appropriate service. If your issue isn’t clinically urgent, we may ask that you call back.
Our lines will reopen as usual at 8am 10th April 2024. Please note the surgery doors will be closed from 3:30pm.
Our online services will also be paused for all patients from 10am on Monday 8th April to 8am on Wednesday 10th April. Please use our website form or email to request repeat medications.
